President and founder of dns solutions, Diego Sedillo has made a name for himself in the talent acquisition industry, with over 20 years of Executive Sales Management and Leadership experience. In 2002, fueled by a vision for a staffing firm that would set the bench mark for others, Diego Sedillo began dns solutions. This venture was a huge success from the start, doubling its revenues each year.
In August of 2011, dns solutions welcomed their newest partner Mr. Jeffrey Campos. Through this strategic partnership, they both are looking forward to greater future success as a company that continues to innovate and deliver the best talent and workforce solutions in a dynamic marketplace.
Prior to starting dns solutions, Mr. Sedillo was the Area Vice President for Global Staffing Solutions. During his time with Global he was counted as a valued member. Most notably in 2001, he opened their Denver, Colorado staffing office. There he trained and led a driven team of 12 account managers and 6 recruiters; this office showed profit increases within the first six months.
Hall Kinion too recognized talent in Mr. Sedillo. In 2000, he was a key player for the opening of their new staffing office in Boulder, Colorado. Leading a team of more than 15 account managers and recruiters, this new branch had great success. Through this project Mr. Sedillo’s group earned the prestigious award for Startup Office of the Year, producing revenues in the upwards of 5 million.
Diego Sedillo started his career with MCI in the Consumer Market Sales Division. During his time with MCI he was promoted multiple times, the last of which he was mentoring and training over 20 supervisors. Mr. Sedillo was also a fourteen time President’s club winner, as well as achieving the Circle of Excellence, and the Spotlight award. He was also a Club MCI Hall of Fame elect and three time Top Supervisor.
A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mr. Sedillo chose to attend the University of New Mexico. Knowing that he would pursue a field that would require a great understanding of people, he decided to major in the field of psychology.
As a community business leader, Mr. Sedillo was selected to join the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce board in 2010. After one year, Diego Sedillo was apponted as Chair for the Ambassador Committee, which secured him a seat on the Executive Committee as well.
